In accordance with the objectives of the GSP in terms of social equity, workers with disabilities, to the extent that they meet the criteria for disability, may be employed under this Agreement and receive a salary commensurate with the GSP classification in which they are employed, at a rate lower than the level of pay required by this Agreement. 22.2. A full-time worker may apply to work part-time for a certain period, subject to review and extension. In case of prior agreement between a staff member and the CEO or delegate, a cultural or religious day may be taken into account for the employee with salary and the time agreed with the manager without claiming payment of the additional obligation. 58.3.
